Where is the store based?

When will I get my order?

Prints, charms, and stickers can take 1-2 weeks to be sent out, while artwork usually will only take a few days. (Holidays can affect delivery times.)

How are the orders packed?

Prints, charms, and stickers come in plastic sleeves in small boxes or bubble mailers, prints and art pieces come in boxes with packaging foam.

Refunds and returns policy

Currently not accepting returns or refunds for any items, 

Please make sure you enter your address carefully because once the package is sent, there’s nothing I can do and you won’t be given a refund for an incorrect address.

You may be eligible for a replacement order if:

☆Your order is lost (and you have provided your correct address.)

☆If your order is incomplete or has missing items.

A package can be considered lost if you haven’t received it in 1 month, if that’s the case please send us an email and we’ll try to get back to you within 3 days.

Why no refunds?

Each item has a very limited quantity, a lot of things are made to order (such as prints). Thus, to ensure everyone has a fair chance at getting the products they want with the best quality provided; we do not accept returns or refunds at this time!
